Optimization of a universal matchbox on an ultrasonic vibrating system

The main scope of the article is to investigate the effect of ferrite cores gap in a universal matchbox on an ultrasonic vibrating system. A gapped transformer mechanism in a universal matchbox has been thoroughly studied. Characteristics of an ultrasonic vibrating system have been recorded such as mechanical vibrations, inductance, resonant frequencies, current and voltage levels as the gap of ferrite cores gradually increases. In addition, the phase difference between the supplied voltage and the current is also computed and displayed in a Lissajous curve in order to determine the optimal gap between two ferrite cores in the universal matchbox. Explanations supplement the experiment results.     

Simplified power supply for long pulse CO2 laser using zero cross switching technique

We propose a simple power supply for a longitudinally pulsed CO₂ laser with long pulse duration by the switching control of AC line (60 Hz) on HV leakage transformer primary, which can generate long pulse of about 3 ms compared to a typical pulsed power supply. In this power supply, a low voltage open loop control for high voltage discharge circuit is employed to avoid the HV sampling or switching, and AC line voltage switched directly by a SCR is applied to the leakage transformer primary. Thus, there is no need of a rectified bridge and an energy-storage capacitor in the discharge circuit, and the leakage transformer allows one to omit a current-limiting resistor. In order to control the laser output power, the pulse repetition rate is adjusted up to 60 Hz. A ZCS circuit and a PIC one-chip microprocessor are used to control the gate signal of SCR precisely.

本文在分析现有的单级、两级和双效吸收式变热器结构的运行特点的基础上,提出了一种新型结构形式,即喷射-吸收式变热器.文中对喷射-吸收式变热器进行了详细的参数和性能分析.结果表明,其具有结构简单,输出温度较高,且效率也较高的特点.     

爆磁压缩装置经组合功率调节系统产生高电压的实验研究

 介绍了以爆磁压缩装置为脉冲功率能源,经变压器和爆炸金属丝断路开关组合功率调节系统,在电阻负载上产生高电压的实验研究。实验结果为：在100W 水电阻负载两端得到了约800kV的高电压脉冲,脉宽约100ns。此项工作拓宽了爆磁压缩装置的应用范围。     

动态预浓缩法富集变压器油中溶解的C2烃

利用动态预浓缩方法对溶解在变压器油中的乙炔、乙烯和乙烷进行了富集,在１０ｍＬ顶空气体的进样量下得到了１００倍的富集效果,因此可以用热导检测器替代氢火焰离子化检测器,使在线检测成为可能,通过比较溶解气体从变压器油中脱出的方法发现,超声振荡比机械振荡的脱气效率提高几十至上百倍。     

小型光电编码器高分辨率问题的研究

磁脉冲压缩器用脉冲变压器的设计

本文简要说明了磁脉冲压缩器的工作原理。着重介绍了其输入、输出脉冲变压器的等效回路设计法。并将该方法用于实例进行验证。结果说明,这种设计方法是非常成功的,而且可以推广到一般情况下的脉冲变压器的设计。     

母线含非圆曲线的超声变幅杆精确加工的研究

介绍在普通数控车床上准确加工母线含非圆曲线的超声变幅杆的两种通用程序的编制方法及应用。方法一以等弦长划分待加工曲线决定节点,以平均曲率半径作为插补圆半径,以C语言编制出加工代码生成软件。方法二采用VB6编程,使用双圆弧法进行插补,伸缩步长法进行误差控制和决定节点,可设定并控制插补误差理论值,运行时生成的NC代码指令条数少,适应任何超声变幅杆的加工,界面友好易用。上述两程序在进行切削加工前,均可全程模拟加工过程。两软件经分别在GSK-928和G-CNC6135A(G)数控车床上应用,效果良好。而第一软件较完善。     

码盘偏心对叠栅条纹信号相位的影响

根据两计量光栅产生叠栅条纹的几何光学基本理论,在改进计量光栅码盘理论模型的基础上,推导出码盘偏心情况下读头输出的叠栅条纹信号相位的理论公式,对码盘偏心给叠栅条纹信号相位带来的偏差进行了分析与讨论.
